House Rules

1. the town house is inside a residential compound. Everyone is expected to keep their voices down after 8 p.m. Guests who want to continue with their merry-making have a number of establishments nearby where they can eat, drink and sing. 2. We will appreciate it if you wash the dishes after you use these. 3. The minimum stay during weekends is 2 nights. Overnight bookings are not allowed on weekends 4. If you are bringing your pets : If your pet weighs less than 20 pounds, we charge 200 pesos each a night. If more than 20 pounds, 300 pesos each a night. We will allow your pets under these conditions: 1. you agree to pay for the damage caused by your pet. 2. your pet will stay only on the main floor. 3. when you clean the pooh of your pet. The manure and the cleaning materials used are to be placed inside a plastic bag. The said bag should be placed in the garage and our housekeeper should be informed accordingly. It should not be mixed with the other garbage. The pet fee will be paid thru cash upon arrival

Find us

Jeepneys and taxis rarely pass the main gate. If you are planning to use public transport, we recommend you look at the Irish Townhouse. It is near Mines View Park and taxis and jeepneys pass regularly. The L.A. townhouse is recommended for those with cars. Guests with cars can park inside the garage of each unit. Marcon Suites have guards at night. If you have other cars parked outside the garage, please inform the guard and ask him to keep an eye on your car.
