We stay inside the compound. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need anything. We do not normally allow pets. But if you bring one, please pay 300 pesos per pet per day.

House Rules

If you will be bringing your pets : If your pet weighs less than 20 pounds, we charge 200 pesos each a night. If more than 20 pounds, 300 pesos each a night. We will allow your pets under these conditions: 1. you agree to pay for the damage caused by your pet. 2. your pet will stay only on the main floor. 3. when you clean the pooh of your pet. The manure and the cleaning materials used are to be placed inside a plastic bag. The said bag should be placed in the garage and our housekeeper should be informed accordingly. It should not be mixed with the other garbage. The pet fee will be paid thru cash upon arrival

Neighborhood

There are 5 cottages inside our compound. There is also a small sari sari store and kitchenette just outside the compound. The Tuding community is quite rural and typical of mountain communities. It has only one main road to Baguio. There are 3 horseback areas nearby. The tourist spots near the cottage are Wright Park, the Botanical Garden, the Mansion, Mines View Park and Good Shepherd. There are lots of dining areas at Camp John Hay such as Le Chef, Brother's Burgers, Yellow Cab Pizza, Sumo Sam, Starbucks, etc.

Guest Access

The cottage is purely for holiday rental. Guests will have access to all areas of the cottage, the compound, and the playground. The compound is exclusive to my family and our guests. During the rainy season, please park on higher ground (near the next house). The driveway in front of the cottage can be very soggy, and vehicles can easily get stuck.

Find us

This cottage is recommended to those with their own cars. However, some taxis and PUJs pass the gate.
