Each guest over the 16-pax limit of Airbnb should pay 300 pesos per night to the housekeeper. Each car above the 2-car limit should pay 300 pesos to the guard for the duration of the stay. Seniors with walking difficulties will find it difficult to climb the stairs. However, there is a bedroom and bathroom near the garage for seniors. Our neighbors are a couple of senior citizens. Please be considerate of them when you sing, laugh, or play parlor games, especially after 9 p.m. This large townhouse is 600 meters from Kennon Road. The minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends. There are no more jeepneys passing Marcon Suites. If you do not have a car, we recommend you stay at the Old Irish Townhouse near the President's Mansion. The Wi-Fi is free and is normally good. However, speed is dependent on the number of users in the townhouse. Also, when there are many tourists in the city, the service of PLDT and Globe can be spotty. We replace towels and bedding for every new guest and every 4 days for long-staying guests. Call us first if you want to pass Kennon Road. This is quicker but not open sometimes. Do not take the Bakakeng Road from Marcos Highway. Waze and Google will lead you to steep and curvy roads. Go to Baguio General Hospital and Kennon Road instead. There is a village market about 5 minutes away. The Holy Family Catholic Church is 4 minutes away. There are several eateries along Kennon Road and near the SLU Bakakeng campus. Nearby points of interest are Lions Head (11 minutes), PMA (21 min.), Texas Instruments (9 min.) SLU Maryheights Campus (7 minutes). There are 4 bedrooms for 17 guests and one utility room for 4 drivers, maids, or teenagers. The kitchen and the dining room are located near the upper entrance. The living room has a view of a small forest at a distance. We also own the Bright and Lovely Townhouse (near the Mansion House). 4000 a night, 10 pax). And the L.A. Townhouse (7500/night and is in the same compound as this unit), the English Cottage (19,000 a night and is near BCC and CJH), and the Old Irish Townhouse beside Mansion House (5,900/a night, 14 pax).

1. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Overnight bookings are not allowed on weekends 2. Flexible check in if permission is obtained. 3. Price is for 14 pax. Php 300 per person per night for extra persons. Kids below 5 years old are free. 4. Loud noise after 9 p.m. is NOT allowed. 5. If you are bringing your pets : If your pet weighs less than 20 pounds, we charge 200 pesos each a night. If more than 20 pounds, 300 pesos each a night. We will allow your pets under these conditions: 1. you agree to pay for the damage caused by your pet. 2. your pet will stay only on the main floor. 3. when you clean the pooh of your pet. The manure and the cleaning materials used are to be placed inside a plastic bag. The said bag should be placed in the garage and our housekeeper should be informed accordingly. It should not be mixed with the other garbage. The pet fee will be paid thru cash upon arrival 6. Guests are expected to wash the kitchen and dining equipment and utensils after use.
