Our apartment is quite spacious, airy, and bright. It is in the cross-hair of the tourist district and is in the old Baguio Townhouse (NOT IN THE NEW OUTLOOK RIDGE CONDOMINIUM). The house has small views of a mountain range. From the main entrance, guests will have to climb one and a half floors (around 25 Stairs) before they reach our unit. Please bring one car only. An extra car must park behind the building, and you must pay 200 pesos. The best time to visit Mines View Park is before sunrise, when you can wait for the sun to emerge from behind the Itogon mountains. If you are lucky, you may even catch a sea of clouds. The healthy can walk or jog. A car ride at this time will take 3 minutes. To get here 1. If using maps or Waze, could you type DBP Training Complex? The Baguio townhouse condominium, where the unit is located, is the yellow building across. Please do not use the Airbnb address, as it will direct you to the parking lot at the back of the building, requiring a long walk to reach your unit. Use DBP. 2. Go to Mansion House. If the Mansion is on your left, make a U-turn. If the Mansion is on your right, go straight until you reach the first road on your right. The building in front of you is the Baguio Townhouse (where your unit is located). 3. There’s only 1 Parking Space allocated per unit. 4. Ask the guard for Chona. She will give you the key and show you the unit. A pet fee and an extra person's fee are imposed. This is a 50-year-old condominium. Please expect some glitches in the utility services.

- No noise after 10 p.m. Please go to a nearby restaurant or bar if you wish to continue with your merrymaking. -200php additional charge for check-in and check out beyond stated time. - If you are bringing your pets : If your pet weighs less than 20 pounds, we charge 200 pesos each a night. If more than 20 pounds, 300 pesos each a night. We will allow your pets under these conditions: 1. you agree to pay for the damage caused by your pet. 2. your pet will stay only on the main floor. 3. when you clean the pooh of your pet. The manure and the cleaning materials used are to be placed inside a plastic bag. The said bag should be placed in the garage and our housekeeper should be informed accordingly. It should not be mixed with the other garbage. The pet fee will be paid thru cash upon arrival

We don’t recommend our place to guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. Only one parking slot in front of the building is allotted to us. Other cars should park behind the building. If there is no electricity, there will also be no water. We will refund 50% of each day there is no water and electricity.
